The Bait Box was founded in the same location in 1971 bypresent owner Ralph Woodring. A life long Sanibel Island resident, Ralph is active in S.T.A.R.T and P.U.R.E clean organizations. He is the son of Esperanza Woodring, a life long Sanibel fishing guide.

- Live fishing bait which is primarily caught by our own boats, artificial baits and all kinds of fishing tackle.
- Fishing and Shelling guide service with up to 18 guides available.
